Lacy was super communicative throughout the entire process and was always open and honest about things. ZillowVERIFIEDThere isnt a rating high enough for her! She does a fantastic job. Shes sold two houses for us and helped us buy a third. If we sold 100 more we would use her every time. I would recommend to anyone, but especially out of state or out of area buyers. Why? Because if I liked a house online, I could send her to check it out and would have full confidence purchasing without seeing it in person. (Even without a virtual.) She and Daniel Smith both are true advocates and incredibly trustworthy. Lacy has a wonderful group of agents she works with as well. Cant be beat!

ZillowVERIFIEDWords cannot express how unbelievably wonderful Lacy was to work with in purchasing our new home. Lacy MOVED MOUNTAINS to make the deal happen. She is so well connected in the community, which proved useful when trying to accommodate a VA lender with particular requirements before theyd lend us the money. She is responsive and made us feel like we were her only clients. Also, we liked her the first second we met her - shes warm, fun and full of energy. Lacy is the best!
