About Lacy Carpenter

I am a Realtor with EXP Realty, LLC. on The City Team. I am a graduate of Hondros College of Business. And I have memberships with the National Association of Realtors and the Ohio Board of Realtors. My husband and I moved to the Cleveland area in 2008. We had only planned to be here for a short time, but fell in love with all that NE Ohio has to offer and refuse to leave. There is so much to love here; the sense of community, the attractions, and the people are just amazing. I chose Real Estate as my career because I love walking into a house and realizing it is the perfect home. I want to help others find that feeling. Conversely, I know what it is like to want to move and to prep your home so that it is as beautiful as your memories living there. Lacy helped me through the process as a first time homebuyer summer 2025.She was very patient answered explained the process and is detail oriented comes up with fair solution and is a honest realtor! It was a challenge to find a home in my price bracket but Lacy not one time made me feel that I was intrusive of her time! She treated me more like a prospective buyer and never felt pushed towards she took the time and she wanted me to find a home in an area that I fell in love with!
