Lacey was born and raised in the beautiful state of Arizona. She spent her early years in North Phoenix and has resided in the East Valley since 1988. She acquired her real estate license in 2005, jumped right into the real estate business, and has never looked back since then. Lacey quickly learned that real estate was not just a job: it became her passion and something that she truly gets excited about! Lacey has had the opportunity to work as both a Professional Realtor and on the builder side as a New Home Sales Consultant. She has expanded her understanding and connection in the desires and requirements of home buyers and sellers equally. Team Lehman delivers results. Several months ago, Team Lehman, specifically Lacey Lehman, was introduced to me by a good friend. That good friend and I own or should I say previously owned a house in Gilbert, Arizona, that she and I wanted to sell. Going in, we knew that selling in the current buyers' market would be difficult. The sale did turn out to be difficult, in my opinion, but not so difficult that Team Lehman could not handle. Lacey kept us updated regularly via videos, phone calls, and text messages to let us know how our listing was progressing compared with other listings on the market. She kept us on track throughout the listing period. I, one hundred percent, believe that our sale would have fallen apart time and time again had it not been for Lacey's encouragement and for her guiding hands. We decided to move from Oregon to one of the 55+ communities in Arizona. Ira's knowledge of the communities was instrumental to us finding the right fit for us. After finding the perfect home he helped us negotiate a great deal. We stayed in Oregon for an additional month after closing so Ira did a virtual final walkthrough for us. Ira did an amazing job finding the perfect location and community for us. He was always available when we contacted him about a new community we were interested in seeing. He asked good questions to make sure our needs were met. But his real expertise was his knowledge base of the 55 plus communities in the East/Southeast Phoenix area.
