I had met Kyrah a while back, kept in touch with her and she assisted me in getting some renters situated at another Property. I contacted her in late November 2024 about trying to find another Investment Property. She assisted me in seeing properties and connecting with my team in Detroit, since I am out of state. Kyrah searched and searched various properties until we found this one. The price was right and all the boxes checked off. From the time offered was accepted to closing was about 30 days. Seamless process and all went perfect. Will continue to use Kyrah as my #1 Agent and couldn't be happier to refer her to anyone looking for a house to buy (or sell).
