If the sellers knew how motivated we were, then they could really drive the price up. So we knew we needed an agent that we could trust like family to get the deal done while keeping the price reasonable. We knew this was a job for Kyndal. We developed our strategy via telephone on Sunday afternoon and she had the property under contract two days later at the price we wanted.
