When it came time for us to look for another home, Kyndal put her full effort into it, including sending letters to residents in our preferred areas and giving us her honest opinion at every home tour. At last, we found our dream home and Kyndal flawlessly managed the negotiation and back-and-forth with the seller until close. It was a nearly two year journey to find our new home and Kyndal never wavered in her support. We later decided to sell our first home and Kyndal was able to get us into escrow within two weeks. Once again, she advised us honestly and never pushed us to take an offer that wasnt right for us. There are so many agents in San Diego, but we think Kyndal is rare in that she spent time with us years before we were ready to buy and always kept our best interest in mind.
