Kym Chaffin

Prior to earning her real estate license, Kym spent several years in the medical and education fields. She has transitioned into real estate with tenacity earning the "Rookie of the Year" award her first year, followed by the "Expect More" and "Most Improved Sales" the next year. Realizing the importance of education, Kym has earned the Graduate, REALTOR(R) Institute (GRI) and Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR) and GREEN designations along with the e-PRO certification from the National Association of REALTORS, and Certified Negotiation Expert (CNE) designation from the Real Estate Negotiation Institute. She currently serves on the Education Committee and Board of Directors for the Kanawha Valley Board of REALTORS and on the Education Committee for the WV Association of REALTORS. Kym is one of ten Realtors, selected from around the state, who participated in the WV Association of REALTORS inaugural Leadership Academy class, graduating in 2014.
