About Kyle Weindel
Kyle's real estate career began as an investor in 2015 when he purchased a fixer-upper home in Webster Groves. He would work 40-50 hours a week as a Physical Therapist and work on his home during the weekends with his dad and friends. When he sold the fixer-upper home, he made a significant profit. He started realizing Real Estate was something he was not only passionate about, but was good at it as well. Then in 2019, he put his Physical Therapy career on hold and decided to pursue his dream of making real estate a full-time career. He joined The Delhougne Team with RE/MAX Vision, the top RE/MAX team in the state of Missouri, and ranked in the Top 100 Zillow teams of the 60,000 in all of the United States. The team sold 185 million dollars in real estate in 2019.
When not working, Kyle likes to travel and has been to places including Denver, Chicago, Miami, Dallas, Austin, Memphis, and Jamaica. He hopes to do more international travel in the coming years. He enjoys going to visit his brother in Denver and enjoys being an uncle to his sister's daughter here in St. Louis. He has a dog named Wally and together they enjoy going on walks and exploring new parts of the city.
As a real estate agent, Kyle enjoys watching a client's eyes light up when they walk into a home for the first time, knowing it's the home for them. He specializes in the areas of St. Charles, St. Peters, O'Fallon, Lake St. Louis, Maryland Heights, Creve Coeur, Ballwin, and Chesterfield.
