I had some buyers looking for their first home. They were dragging a little on getting preapproved, which led to us missing out on a home. My buyers saw the error of their ways and immediately got preapproved. We looked at a couple more homes and put the one of the properties under contract same day as the showing. Buying a home is a process. If you skip steps, it facilitates complications. Communicate with your agent and follow their guidance. Then give them a high five at the closing table! Lol
