Dave spent time on a Saturday morning looking at and over a house with me pointing out possible issues and fixes. Dave was also on vacation for part of the home buying process and he was still keeping in touch and communicating as normal. He did this by answering all of my questions very thoroughly. He also provided some very good advice on how to improve the value of my house. One example of this was his suggestion to install egress windows on 2 basement rooms so they can be classified as bedrooms. Another example was when he was able to find out why some strange plastic pipe was sticking out of the yard. It turned out to be nothing important but I was glad he made the effort to find out.
