Took them a while to respond to my inquiries, and when they finally did, he was very unprofessional while on the phone consultation with me. Never listened to a single question I asked him, spoke very slick like he was hiding something. Every time I asked him a simple direct question, hell start rambling about something else, like he didnt listen, consultation felt very rushed. His voice was harsh; began by reading out a written statement about the hundreds of closings he supposedly did in the past. I dont believe a word of what this guy says, very unprofessional in his verbiage; even Starbucks takes more time than that to make my coffee order. Whatever happened to listening to the clients needs? Instead of hoisting a prepackaged, one-size-fits-all type deal on them. Im looking to be adding at least one house to my portfolio every year; I need a relationship, not just a one-off transaction. Goodluck owning texas your rating is very low, you need help.
