Kyle helped me find my dream home within 1 week. I fell in love with the first listing he sent me, after he asked me what I wanted in my "dream home" I told him exactly that and from the first time he walked me through the home until the day we closed he answered all of my questions promptly and was very honest with me from the get go! If you want someone with experience and can get you a deal of a lifetime on a home and has your best interest at heart, Kyle is your guy! He's the true definition of a Real Estate Professional! (Mind you, I closed 2 weeks earlier than initially proposed, thank to the help of his VERY prompt team of true EXPERTS) I CANNOT THANK HIM ENOUGH!

As first-time home buyers, my husband and I had no clue what to expect and let me tell you Kyle made this process so much more bearable. We gave him a list of houses that we wanted to see and within a week he had a detailed pamphlet with all of the housing information on it and a place to rate/take notes for each house. He drove 2 hours with us from where he was located to show us each house and had every step mapped out to perfection on the trip, not once, but on two separate occasions (all day events). We ran into a lot of bumps on the road to purchasing our dream home due to no fault of Kyle, but because of the other realtors and sellers. He was negotiating offers on two separate houses for us battling back and forth all while setting up another offer just in case the others fell through. After about a month of back and forth offers Kyle was able to seal the deal and talk the sellers down well below their asking price to keep us within our budget and influenced them to cover most of the closing costs, all we had to do was wait for him to work his magic. Like the other review mentioned, if it hadn't been for the loan situation, this would've been an even smoother process all thanks to Kyle. The best attribute about Kyle though, was the fact he never made us feel like we were in over our heads or asked us to change what we wanted in our dream home. He was very encouraging and portrayed the utmost tenacity no matter what curveball was thrown at him and I highly recommend Kyle.

Kyle made the process of buying a home effortless on my end. He showed me a variety of homes all within my price range and in various locations so I could get a good feel for what I really wanted. When deciding which home best fit me he worked diligently to deal with seller to get the best deal for me. Kyle is as friendly as they come, but when it comes to business he is relentless in pursuing the best outcome for his client, and in a timely manner. I contacted Kyle, visited several homes, and closed on my home in a matter of 2 months, which felt very quick to me considering I was a first time home buyer. Had the loan process gone smoother we would have closed even quicker. Kyle also has connections in the area that are the best at what they do, whether it be lawyers or mortgage brokers.
