Kyle was great to work with, very friendly and fun to work with. For me, the most important thing he did was to keep me informed about what needed done, what had been done, and what was to come next. I always knew what was going on even before I asked. Kyle helped to arrange contractors for inspection repairs and got us very reasonable prices on the repairs done on short notice. He was always available or would quickly return calls asap.
