We worked with Kyle to relocate across the country and buy a home in Ithaca and couldn't be happier with the help he provided. Not only is he very competent with the standard agent support that a buyer expects (knowledge, communication, timeliness, availability, etc), he also went above and beyond all the time. Kyle adjusted his personal schedule to support ours, provided endless local resources to ease our transition, connected us with contractors, gave us detailed property insight beyond any agent we've ever worked with before, provided virtual walk-throughs of temporary rentals (that he received no kickbacks for), etc. The list goes on. He is a huge resource for the Ithaca area, reliable, and a beacon of knowledge. This man is genuine, thoughtful, and is very motivated to support people and place their families into homes they will truly love. At no point did he pressure or rush us through a very challenging market to buy - instead he spent the effort to learn about our family and was therefore able to consistently match our wants and needs all the way to the end. The house we fell in love with was a long, hard process due to a number of unique, challenging circumstances and Kyle was there with us to the end. We highly recommend Kyle as an agent and would absolutely work with him again in the future.

Kyle was awesome to work with! He helped us by our house in 2022 when we relocated to the area, and then to sell it in 2024 when we moved out of the area. He works hard, communicates well and makes you feel like a priority. You can tell that he does that with all of his clients. There is no sense of entitlement, he actually works to earn your business and your respect. If we ever find our way back to the Ithaca area, I will look to work with Kyle again!!
