My sister and her husband decided to sell their home and a rental property and move to another state. The home had been in the family for 100+ years, so it was an emotional undertaking. I flew to Pennsylvania to help. We interviewed 3 realtors who were well known in town. Kyle was without a doubt the most professional, knowledgeable, and realistic. The decision to list with him was unanimous and proved to be a great decision. BOTH properties sold for our agreed upon price in the first week!
