When we decided to look at lake homes in Southern Maine, we put in an inquiry on a property and Kyle responded immediately. We set up a showing for the following Saturday and then added several more. Kyle spent several hours touring properties with us, some outside his usual area, going above and beyond to help us find the right one. Once we did, he worked with us day and night for a fast and efficient closing, leaving no stone unturned. He was knowledgeable, personable and professional and will make sure all of the details are in place. He recommended an excellent inspection company and came out to the property when we couldn?t.
