Kyle Brann received his Bachelor of Science from Texas A&M University. As a student, Kyle worked at the Texas Real Estate Research Center, which is the nation's largest publicly funded organization devoted to real estate research. During his time there, he became the first undergraduate intern to have an article published in Tierra Grande, the Center's quarterly magazine which has a circulation of almost 186,000 readers. After spending two years researching Houston's residential and commercial markets, and consulting on numerous deals, Kyle entered the field.
