Kyle assisted me with the purchase of my first home and I could not have asked for a better agent. Being a first time buyer, my questions were endless and the responsiveness in which I got answer, documents, and direction was amazing. Somehow he was able to find the exact condo and complex that originally sparked my interested in buying. Given that we were looking at townhouses and condos, Kyle kept an eye out for major building/HOA concerns later down the road that I would not have realized.
