Once we started working with Kyla and Kyla, we could see the difference in proactivity and professionalism. Following their recommendations, we changed our initial 'digital' staging to real staging which helped elevate the look of the home. We also realized that our initial price point was not right for the current buyers market. They provided detailed analysis of the Pasadena market and we were able to compare our place with comparable homes. The report not only had price comparisons, but breakdowns of sq footage, rooms, and overall home designs.
