About Kurt Davidheiser

Kurt is a local full time Professional Realtor who has lived in the Boyertown community for 40+ years. He is very familiar with the local real estate market and has been successful in not only selling homes but building relationships with clients that last a lifetime. Kurt comes to Spring Realty Group after a very successful and prosperous 16-year career with a large, private corporation. He began his business career after graduating from Bloomsburg University in 1993 with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a major in Marketing. Kurt was able to climb the corporate ladder quickly by utilizing a tremendous work ethic, development of strong sales and marketing skills as well as a focus on the most important aspect of any successful business, the customer. Along with managing multiple store locations, marketing, and managing 40+ employees, he developed his passion and desire for the real estate business. He was responsible for the real estate development of several new store locations in the Pocono Mountain, Lehigh Valley and Tri-county areas. Kurt was a 1988 graduate of Boyertown High School and in 1989 completed a post graduate year at The Hill School. The desire to return to his hometown and build a new business that he could be passionate about is what brought him to Herb Real Estate. He currently resides in Barto with his beautiful wife, Janine, and two sons, Kade and Kole. Kurt has been involved with the sport of wrestling since the age of 7. He wrestled for Boyertown, The Hill School and Bloomsburg University. He is an active board member as well as past President of the Boyertown Area Wrestling Association and currently coaches on the staff of the Boyertown youth wrestling program. Giving back to a sport and community that supported him for many years played a large role in his new career decision. He is currently active in many charitable organizations and fully believes in the importance of giving back to help others deal with the challenges that life lay before them. Kurt is committed to handling all the real estate needs for buyers, sellers and investors in Berks, Bucks, Chester, Lancaster, Lehigh and Montgomery counties. Justin was by far the most incredible person I've ever worked with. As a 1st time homebuyer I was lacking a lot of knowledge but he had an answer for everything. He indulged every request and when I couldn't find anything and was losing hope he found me and my girls the most incredible house that wasn't even listed on the marker. Amazing house, amazing communication, endless patience, he's continued to follow up even more than a month after the closing getting me answers. His partner is amazing too! If you need a realtor I would recommend never looking any further than Justin. So happy to have this new life with my girls and will be grateful for life!

My wife and I recently worked with Kurt to sell our house and he made the whole experience seamless and easy. He is a professional that knows the market and what works and what doesn't. It was nice to work with someone who is direct and to the point, no upselling, no pie in the sky sales pitch just to get your listing. Kurt made the process easy from start to finish. His knowledge and connections to people at the various services (title, insurance, lawyer, bank, etc) helped us avoid the potential pitfalls of making a land-only purchase. For example, one of the lawyers called out of work on the day they were supposed to finalize a document. Kurt knew her husband, so he called him to see if she could finish the document for the closing. It worked and closing went ahead as scheduled.
