We worked with Ksenia from July 2022 to December 2022. She was very responsive and showed great communication at first until we got under contract on a house where she acted as a dual agent for both us and the sellers (she also being one of them). According to the law, written consent from both parties is required when serving as a dual agent. At the beginning of the process, she mentioned she was one of the sellers and never asked for our consent/permission to do so. We were first-time home buyers and didn't know much about real estate, so we went in blindsided, completely trusting her to guide us through. We wasted 4 months on a house that had underlying problems. We felt deceived and taken advantage of, eventually backing out of the contract. Soon after, we found a great agent and closed within 1 month. This experience served as a valuable lesson for us. We trusted her to be a trustworthy and transparent real estate professional, which turned out to be the opposite. We would not recommend her services to anyone due to this negative experience.

Ksenia was patient. Help me look for months online by sending me listings. Then when I was ready to start touring the selected listing. She was fast at getting approved and scheduling views. She help me pick the mortgage lender and recommend a layers as well. Once we started the buying process she was very attentive in every step. Closing was completely and I was happy with my choice. I thank her because it was my first time buying and she knew what she was doing.
