We worked with Krystle to sell our first home in Loma Linda. We chose her because she has a good reputation in the Inland Empire and she offered some things that other realtors did not. She has a professional photographer & was able to help me figure out how to get our home ready for showings. She is nice, confident, straight to the point, and honest. We received an offer on our home (below asking) and a month later, the buyer could not follow through. We opened our home up again and spoke to her about our options on how to sell our home fast. We needed to sell our home for a move and we were running out of time. We did not have to lower our original selling price and instead offered money towards closing costs if a buyer was able to close by a certain date. We received 2 offers on the day we placed our home back on the market. She surprised us with gifts on the closing date and has kept in touch with us since.
