After removing all the items that were not going to move with us, we had holes in our decor. I am so excited to recommend Shanon Tully for all your home sale needs! When I needed help the most, and needed it fast, she was there to save the day! I had already purchased another home so, I needed to get my existing home sold as soon as possible so I didnt have to pay two mortgages. On top of that, I was also planning my wedding and had to watch my expenses. Thankfully, Shanon completely understood the pressure I was under. She explained the entire process to me in simple terms, was on point with the timeline for me to prepare my house for sale, and did everything she could to sell my home quickly! Shanon truly demonstrated her skill when it came to pricing my home to quickly sell at a fair market value. She closely monitored the competition so that my home was always positioned appropriately compared to other homes on the market and explained that, as a home seller, you want to be ahead of the market, not trying to catch up to it. Also, her re-design and staging work was simply amazing! She made several recommendations on how to best present my house and even brought in her own pieces of furniture, artwork, and decor to accent the rooms and make them look their best. Further, she reconfigured the furniture layout to maximize flow and emphasize the feeling of space. Afterwards, I remarked how I wished I had lived in the house like this from the very start! All this effort was very beneficial to me, as she showcased the true potential of my home. More than a terrific realtor, Shanon is also very personable and was consistently willing to give all the time needed to meet my needs. She helped me shovel the snow from my driveway when an unexpected snowstorm came through just before a showing appointment and met the water meter reader at the house when I couldnt due to work. Shanon was always available to answer my questions and communicated effectively with everybody involved in the purchase. To me, it is important to understand that Shanon treats you as a unique client and is truly proud to be your agent!
