Reference for Shanon Tully - Real Estate Agent April 9, 2019 My wife and I met Shanon due to the strong urging of our next-door neighbor. Right from the first Shanon was personable, friendly and warm. As we dealt with her further, we discovered that she was honest, fair and flexible. She dealt with every task as it came up briskly and efficiently. Shanon kept us on track during the literally months it took to declutter and sell or donate all the items that had accumulated from living in the same house for 18 years. That Shanon was very knowledgeable became clear while deciding what color to paint the walls. Shanon strongly recommended Benjamin Moore Nimbus and we relied on her judgement although we could not visualize it ourselves. Once the whole house was painted, we were delighted with the results. Now that we are looking at homes to purchase, we see the same or similar shades everywhere. One of the best decisions we made was to pay the slight premium to have Shanon stage our house. After removing all the items that were not going to move with us, we had holes in our decor. Shanon brought in a host of items including a sofa, armchairs, artwork, a bed cover and pillows seemingly without end. After Shanon finished, our house looked far better than it ever had. Shanon also knew and retained an excellent photographer. My wife and I are well beyond pleased with the resulting photographs of our home. The word estatic comes much closer. The ultimate test of Shanon's work consists of actually finding a willing buyer. We have a final contract in excess of 98% of our original asking price. I am so excited to recommend Shanon Tully for all your home sale needs! When I needed help the most, and needed it fast, she was there to save the day! I had already purchased another home so, I needed to get my existing home sold as soon as possible so I didnt have to pay two mortgages. On top of that, I was also planning my wedding and had to watch my expenses. Thankfully, Shanon completely understood the pressure I was under. She explained the entire process to me in simple terms, was on point with the timeline for me to prepare my house for sale, and did everything she could to sell my home quickly! Shanon truly demonstrated her skill when it came to pricing my home to quickly sell at a fair market value. She closely monitored the competition so that my home was always positioned appropriately compared to other homes on the market and explained that, as a home seller, you want to be ahead of the market, not trying to catch up to it. I also really appreciated Shanons warm and thoughtful attention. She examined my home thoroughly before listing it and carefully took notes so that she could highlight the best features of my home. Also, her re-design and staging work was simply amazing! She made several recommendations on how to best present my house and even brought in her own pieces of furniture, artwork, and decor to accent the rooms and make them look their best. Further, she reconfigured the furniture layout to maximize flow and emphasize the feeling of space. Afterwards, I remarked how I wished I had lived in the house like this from the very start! All this effort was very beneficial to me, as she showcased the true potential of my home. More than a terrific realtor, Shanon is also very personable and was consistently willing to give all the time needed to meet my needs. She helped me shovel the snow from my driveway when an unexpected snowstorm came through just before a showing appointment and met the water meter reader at the house when I couldnt due to work. Shanon was always available to answer my questions and communicated effectively with everybody involved in the purchase. To me, it is important to understand that Shanon treats you as a unique client and is truly proud to be your agent! While some people think real estate agents are a dime a dozen, I want you to know that Shanon is the million dollar real deal!

Shanon is a highly skilled people person. She is dedicated to helping her clients find the right property for them. This was my second condo hunt with Shanon. Shanon did such a great job ferreting out my likes and dislikes that I knew I could trust her knowledge and desire to do diligence in finding another property for me a second time.
