My goal as your Realtor® is to provide you with the personalized real estate services you deserve. In 2015 I reached 2.5 million in sales volume. Over the past two years I averaged 41 transactions per year. I have extensive knowledge of how the back end of mortgage lenders work which allows me to avoid possible problems and come up with potential solutions. I am highly motivated, on top of the trends and always thinking on my toes to make deals work. I stive to make you feel like your are my one and only #1 client. As an area native I have extensive knowledge of local communities. I have a unique perspective on the changes in Northwest Ohio area over the years. I have seen the real estate market in the area go through numerous cycles and can help you gain a perspective on what that means to you over time. I am a graduate of Ohio Northern University with a Bachelors' in Business with a concentration in Management. I truly LOVE my job. I don't mind answering your questions and holding your hand as you buy and/or sell your home. I understand that while I do this every day, my clients typically only buy and sell homes every few years at the most. I enjoy taking what can be a stressful process for my clients and walking them through it, step-by-step, with a little bit of humor and a whole lot of compassion.
