About Kristy Persohn

Whether you are buying or selling property in Hancock, Seneca, Wood, Wyandot, Sandusky or the surrounding Northwest Ohio area, it is important to have confidence in your real estate professional. As an associate Broker of American Heritage Realty, Inc. I've learned that one size does not fit all despite what the late night infomercials might say. My goal as your Realtor® is to provide you with the personalized real estate services you deserve. In 2015 I reached 2.5 million in sales volume. Over the past two years I averaged 41 transactions per year. I have extensive knowledge of how the back end of mortgage lenders work which allows me to avoid possible problems and come up with potential solutions. I am highly motivated, on top of the trends and always thinking on my toes to make deals work. I stive to make you feel like your are my one and only #1 client. As an area native I have extensive knowledge of local communities. I have a unique perspective on the changes in Northwest Ohio area over the years. I have seen the real estate market in the area go through numerous cycles and can help you gain a perspective on what that means to you over time. I am a graduate of Ohio Northern University with a Bachelors' in Business with a concentration in Management. I truly LOVE my job. I don't mind answering your questions and holding your hand as you buy and/or sell your home. I understand that while I do this every day, my clients typically only buy and sell homes every few years at the most. I enjoy taking what can be a stressful process for my clients and walking them through it, step-by-step, with a little bit of humor and a whole lot of compassion.

Hands down the best realtor I have talked and dealt with through the process of buying our new home.
