Kristy Gitzlaff

Kristy Gitzlaff is a veteran real estate agent, and a lifelong resident of SE Wisconsin. She started her career as a Realtor in 2006. For Kristy, a career in real estate was an easy choice. With her dad a local builder, and her grandma a local Realtor for 30+ years, the home buying and selling process was something she was surrounded by and intrigued by. The challenge came in that around the same time she was starting at the end of 2006, the market began to slow, and came crashing down in 2008. Kristy views this as an asset in helping her clients in our currently competitive market place. As the real estate market got challenging, it forced her to adapt, and work harder to make something she loved become a career. When others were taking a step back she stepped up and continues to work hard for her clients. Since making the move to RE/MAX she has been awarded the Executive Club Award in 2014, and every year since has achieved the honor of being awarded the 100% Club Award. Kristy specializes in residential real estate, foreclosure sales, new construction, short sale properties, condos, single and multi family homes, luxury properties, lake homes, and is a relocation specialist. She also holds the Wisconsin Realtor Association designation of MPR (Military Relocation Specialist), which helps her better assist our Military Service Members and their families with purchasing and also selling their homes. She has built her business by referral, so in every transaction, she goes above and beyond for her buyers and sellers to make the process as stress free as possible. Her attention to detail, and knowledge of the local market are critical during negotiations, and the offer process. Kristy is a proud mom of 3, and wife to her husband Sean who is also a Realtor with the Team. In her free time she enjoys running, reading, and traveling with her family.
