Born and raised in Connecticut, I graduated from Southern Connecticut State University with a Bachelor Degree in Public Health -- I love working with people. I was raised with my parents owning their own business, where the entrepreneurial spirit, work ethic and principals were instilled in me at an early age. The biggest lesson I learned throughout my childhood and career is to follow the golden rule - treat people the way you want to be treated. Following this rule and being optimistic has made me very successful in life and in my career. When I'm not selling houses, I enjoy volunteering - especially in beach clean-ups, being a beach bum and anything that has to do with being in nature. I'm an animal advocate and eco-friendly; I'm passionate about keeping our beaches and environment clean for the generations to come. As a local, full-time Realtor of over 8 years, I'm an expert in this local area. I live, work, play and have investment property here. HOBBIES/INTEREST

I like to paddle board, listen to live music and am a beach bum.

FAMILY

I'm an empty nester with my daughter living in Boston. It's just me and my cat, and since she's not that high maintenance, I'm able to focus on my real estate career.

My husband and I had been looking for a vacation home/second home for over a year and had no luck until we found Kristy! Buying a house out of state can be very intimidating and most realtors are not very accommodating to situations like ours. Kristy went above and beyond, especially in this competitive market. If I house popped up online that we were interested in, she was very quick to book a showing for us and get us in ASAP!- most of the time, same day! She toured many homes with us via FaceTime and made sure we knew all the little details she saw that you might not see over the phone. We couldnt have been more pleased with her service, and we felt like close friends from out of state. And if you do find a home you love (like we did!)
