Kristy Nakamura

Aloha! I am Kristy Colbert and am so lucky to now get to call Hawaii home! I was in raised near Fort Campbell, KY. Growing up near a military town gave me a small glimpse into what military life would be like. I was a military spouse for fifteen years, and have experienced five different duty stations, so I understand the difficulties that arise during PCS season and looking for homes in multiple states. Hawaii has always been the dream, and will be our forever home! If I am not working on real estate, you can find me at a beach, mountain or golf course on the island. My family enjoys all things outdoors, and are out as much as we can for our down time. I love to discuss exploring the island and all of the amazing activities it has to offer. My journey to my real estate career began in banking. It then expanded into loan origination. I loved helping people achieve their goals of car and home ownership. As we continued to move and buy and sell homes in multiple states, I found that I had a passion for real estate and began the transition. I strive to be dependable in all aspects of life. My clients can expect dependability, clear communication and a "non sales" approach in all things I do. I want to add value to all of my clients by helping them navigate the PCS process if they are military and helping them learn about island life. Hawaii real estate is an exciting because it is such a competitive market! My goal is to help my clients secure a house that meets their needs and that they can call home. I respect everyone's time, so I will strive tome the process go expediently and efficiently.
