Kerin was the ultimate professional. Right from the beginning she helped us "stage" the apartment to make it look less cluttered. She knows exactly what looks good and what works for customers who are looking to buy. We did an open house within days of signing the contract with her and her agency. Everything was presented very professionally, flyers, the signage for the location of the property etc. We were able to obtain a viable offer within 3 days of the open house.
