Kris is an amazing realtor. She is very knowledgeable, understands the legalities of buying/selling a home, and was an excellent guide for us as we navigated our rather complicated process of purchasing the property. She kept track of deadlines, gave us very helpful suggestions during the negotiating process and was always supportive, open to giving advice and was responsive to all our questions and concerns. She also helped me find an excellent realtor in my area to assist selling my home. Very professional as it was not her 'area' and she knew she would not be able to represent us in that market the way we would need. I would highly recommend Kris for any real estate transactions.
