We loved our experience with Kristina! Things moved very quickly for us (we decided to put an offer on a house just a few days after we asked her to be our realtor), and I was extremely impressed with her responsiveness in helping us get the ball rolling. She put us in contact with a great team (loan consultant, inspector, contractors) to help the entire process run smoothly. She answered my (*many*) questions patiently and thoughtfully and I was very impressed with her local knowledge--this was important to us having only lived in Ohio for 1 year prior to our house hunting. She gave us her cell phone number and I truly felt I could reach out at any time of day and she would and DID answer! She checked in with us frequently and I had total confidence in her and her process! We are now happily in our house and I am so grateful for all the work she did on our behalf!!
