Kristina did a FANTASTIC job navigating us through the entire home buying process. My husband and I had very little knowledge of the ins and outs of home buying, and Kristina was extremely patient explaining everything to us. She was also willing to show us multiple locations until we found the right one. Excellent experience for my husband and myself. Kristina was incredible from first message to our closing date. She listened intently to every single need we brought to the table even ones that we were just discussing amongst ourselves. We had a checklist of our non-negotiables going into buying and didnt feel like it was attainable within our tight budget. We shared our budget with Kristina early on and she never pushed us to exceed it or to consider anything else. She helped us feel capable and confident in our search. Within a couple of weeks of working with us, Kristina was able to take us to the doorstep of the home that checked all of our boxes within our budget. She has extensive knowledge and unwavering confidence when it comes to real estate that makes her stand out from anyone else weve ever worked with. We know Kristina is a well sought after local realtor and has many other clients to take care of, but we would have never have known aside from the reputation that preceded her. She made us feel like we were her only clients in the way she took time to be on phone calls with us, answer every silly question we had, and always was quick in text response. Its clear to us that the families she serves are at the forefront of why she does what she does. This is more than a job to her, its a labor of love.
