I represented a seller and buyer in the same transaction , the seller wanted to sell her house to a family that really wanted to be a homeowner rather than an investor and I happened to have a first time buyer that kept getting outbid on houses and really wanted this particular house which he ended up winning the offer out of 5 bids.
I wanted to be an agent when I was in my 20's but didn't pursue and regretted so when i finished having my children and the last one was entering school I did soul searching and discovered that I really wanted to try real estate with the flexible hours .
