I dont even know where to begin, Austin is a FANTASTIC realtor. He listened to all my needs and wants when it came to what I was looking for in a property. When I found one I liked, he was on top of getting a offer written up and sent out quickly! If we had a counter offer, he was very knowledgeable to how to keep me in the game while staying within my comfort zone and budget. Austin really understand the market and knows what is a good offer and what is not. The house I ended up purchasing came with a seller who did not want to leave and Austin was on top of organizing movers and just dealing with the hassle the seller was putting us through. I work 10-11 hours a day and do not have a flexible schedule. Austin was great at being flexible and working around my crazy hours. Austin will go above and beyond for his clients and I am so happy I found him to work with! 100% would recommend.
