The team of Kristin and Amy sold my house during a pandemic. That should be enough said! We listed my property 3 days before the "first" California shut-down and therefore were unable to host a single traditional open house. Leave it to Kristin and Amy to start innovating! They were the first realtors in town to start advertising virtual open houses, and they made it clear that COVID was not going to slow them down. Very innovative, motivated, and friendly realtors.
