Kristie Wheeles is the Broker and Owner of Wheeles Realty and one of the most trusted real estate professionals on the Alabama Gulf Coast. Licensed since 2009. Kristie has successfully closed nearly 200 transactions totaling more than $71 million in sales. She consistently ranks in the top 8 percent of Baldwin County Realtors and specializes in luxury homes, waterfront properties, condominiums, relocation, investment properties, and first-time buyers. With a strong background in vacation rentals and condominium association management, Kristie brings a unique depth of expertise to every client relationship. She holds the Short Sales and Foreclosure designation and is a Baldwin County Certified Specialist. In addition to her brokerage, Wheeles Realty recently expanded services by adding an in-house mortgage lender to streamline the buying process for clients.
