After being pleased about working with Kristie a couple years ago while buying a property, I recently reached out to her again to represent me on buying an additional property. I simply used her again because she does her job, returns calls, and does what she says she is going to do without following up with her. I don't like chasing down information and following up with people not doing their job. Kristie is also very knowledgeable of the local real estate market and its trends. That combined with her efficiency to me made the choice easy.

I want to start this review by setting expectations...I do not like real estate agents. This is a sentiment I have developed over 30 years of working with, attempting to work with and generally being frustrated and disappointed in them. Enter Kristie Wheeles. To begin with, she is an expert on Baldwin County real estate. She knew EXACTLY where my house was, and the microtrends in the area that would affect pricing and sales. And that made a difference in what we listed at. Second, she is wicked smart. Not just book smarts, but also instincts. She knew what DIDN'T need to be fixed in the house. She KNEW when an offer, while good on paper, should be passed on. And she knew when the right offer was there to be accepted. The extra dollars at closing showed she was right. She had the experience to know to wait for the right buyer. Finally. she is doggedly determined. In a very slow sales environment, we had consistent showings and offers. She sniffed out a con artist trying interfere with the sale of the house. She protected our interests and was honest to a fault (thank God). And she kept us informed at every step of the process, personally shepherding it to closing. In strong sales markets, real estate agents and agencies florish like dandelions. And are about as welcome. The true professionals like Kristie and Wheeles Realty show what an incredible sales experience one can have. There are not words of appreciation that will do justice to her.

Working with Kristie was an absolute pleasure. She went above and beyond what a realtor does to typically sell a home. Her innovative and creative ideas made all the difference. Kristie was always available, offered solutions, ideas, and overall reassurance through the whole process. Being a local, Kristie had an amazing knowledge of the area, local resources, and contacts. Above all else, she is genuine and sincere, and the whole experience was like working with a friend.
