Sarah was fantastic to work with! As first time home buyers we had no idea where to start. Sarah helped us through each step of the process, making sure we found the perfect house for our family. She made time to take us to many houses and was always easy to get ahold of. Sarah gave us great advice and helped us make sure we got the house we fell in love with, at a price we are very happy with. Where do I begin? Maybe by saying that without their help, we would not have been able to see the house this quickly at the right price. It starts with communication. We had moved out of state and needed someone who could handle the house (and all things associated with it) in our absence. Not an easy task. She was always there when we needed to get something turned around. The house had multiple offers within a day or two and she screened and guided us to the right offer. All in all, this was an excellent experience for us. I will be using them in future dealings with real estate too.

Will your agent help you when there is nothing in for them? For Sarah the answer is absolutely!Sarah worked tirelessly to help us find the right home as we were moving back to St. Louis after 20 years in California.Sarah came to our aid again as we are buying a condominium in California as a part time home. One of the final strict requirements of the California community we are buying in was a to show the value of our home in St. Louis. And we had to do this quickly before our loan commitment expired.Under very tight time lines we needed a market analysis of our home in St. Louis, which is new and has few comps. Working quickly, Sarah did her research, put together a very detailed and very professionally done binder that was exactly what we needed. Her quick and comprehensive work enabled us to complete our California purchase.There was no commission in this for Sarah, but it represents her professional approach to her work and the level of commitment she has to her customers. As before, we could not recommend her more highly-we would give her 6 stars if we could.
