Always get pre-qualified first. Make sure that your loan officer is well scripted in underwriting guidelines.

Consider listing with someone who has access to cross qualifying all buyers. The last thing you want to do is waste your time because the Buyers are properly qualified.

I've worked with Sellers and got them all cash buyers. I have experience in listing homes that typically sell within weeks.

It always makes me happy when I can get people into their dream home. I have a young couple that recently were able to buy their first home. Handing over the keys is an amazing feeling.
