About Kristie Bellows
I started in the industry over 13 years ago as a loan processor. I eventually owned a loan processing company and worked with brokers nationwide. After 3 years, I decided to use my extensive underwriting and processing skills to become a loan officer. I still continue to work as a Mortgage Loan Professional as well as Real Estate. My experience is unique because I can creatively structure deals due to my background. I have worked closely with investors doing wholesale deals as well as the typical home buyer. I pride myself in working with Sellers to accomplish their goals and being able to sell most homes within 2-3 weeks.

Always get pre-qualified first. Make sure that your loan officer is well scripted in underwriting guidelines.
Consider listing with someone who has access to cross qualifying all buyers. The last thing you want to do is waste your time because the Buyers are properly qualified.
