For a real estate agent to charge 6% he was not knowledgeable, he was unresponsive to our calls, he ignores us for weeks all this cost us additional money for water testing as he failed to review the contract obligation, especially regarding the water test. This cost us significant additional money and pushed the closing date back 3 weeks. In addition, we had to scramble at the last minute to get approval from fire safety for the house. He never took responsibility for any of his actions and was always eager to blame our lawyer and others. It became obvious to us that he was working more for the buyers interest rather than us, the buyers. Most importantly, it cost us 20,000 as a septic system test was done during a northeaster, which I questioned the night before and he reassured me that was not an issue. He was wrong! Kristian is not a man of his word. When we questioned the 6% with all the horrors, he had said he would reduce it to 5 A 1/2 percent, and sadly he later claimed he never agreed to that the week of the closing. So, folks, choose wisely!

He helped us with every step of selling, from how to stage our home for best pictures, how to get our fire certificate, and even helped us coordinate contractors to deal with the items on our home inspection report that needed to be addressed before selling.
