Kristi Walthers

Kristi Walthers is well acquainted with real estate, having worked as an executive broker in Arkansas since 1997 before relocating to the Emerald Coast and joining Better Homes & Garden Real Estate Emerald Coast. Originally from California, it only took one quick trip to the Florida Panhandle to cement the idea of living the beach life again for her and her husband, Kyle. Right out of high school, Kristi attended cosmetology school and later opened her own salon. A friend already in real estate introduced Kristi to it as a career and the rest, as they say, is history. She said she loves the hunt of real estate, helping people find exactly what they're looking for and putting all of it together that fits for them perfectly. Kristi believes in frequent communication with her clients and giving great personal service. In her free time, Kristi is enjoying learning how to paddle board, likes to spend time outdoors and travel with her husband. She enjoys creating art of all mediums. She was actively involved in Hub of Hope, an organization dedicated to helping victims of human trafficking, and CASA of NWA. She is the mother of two adult daughters, Kristi has been inspired by her own mother, a single mother who earned her master's degree, and became a member of an executive engineering team and later traveled the globe by herself working for Habitat for Humanity. Her Father was also serving the public in a different way, he is a retired Police Detective and helicopter pilot from Huntington Beach, California.
