She never rushed us into anything and kept our needs and wants her priority. Always on time and a great communicator. Shes also very responsive and gets her work done fast. She was so helpful in closing the house on time as well! When escrow and the lender couldnt get certain documents Kristi really stepped up and got them what they needed. She also has great negotiation skills. I was able to get the house in the price I was willing to pay and not a dime more. The seller wanted more money for the house and we kept refusing and Kristi never pressured me to pay more. Highly recommend working with Kristi! She even follows up after the house is closed and is there for you for all your questions after purchasing the house. Me and my parents are so happy with our new home and Kristi was a big help in getting us there!
