My experience with Buyer's entails guiding the first time buyer, the move up buyer, 2nd home buyer, as well as the downsizing process. Working with Seller's is about 50% of my business. I find each new listing to be a welcomed challenge, one that I want to work hard and excel with. As showings occur, to evaluate and share feedback and market changes with the Seller in an effort to shorten the time between a list date and contract date. Once an offer is made knowing how to effectively negotiate and advise a seller is a important skill every Realtor should know how to do. After contract acceptance the work continues. Keeping an eye on the milestones, troubleshooting any issues and ensuring the terms of the contract are being fulfilled so the transaction closes on time and with the least amount of stress for the client is important to me. Additionally I keep a vendor list to help clients. I have a list of contractors, places to find discounts on materials, carpet cleaning, legal advice, movers, boxes, furniture etc. to share with my clients when it is needed.
