Her and her husband went above and beyond to show me a number of homes that would work as investment properties and, more importantly, to make me feel as though weve known each other for years! They really do get to know you not just as a Buyer, but as a human being and because of that, I can see us being lifelong friends. Prior to my arrival in Tennessee, Kristi and her husband sent me several comprehensive lists of properties along with added notes/details that provided insight into each of the properties. As an out-of-town Buyer, its difficult to navigate a market where prices and homes fluctuate so much from city to city, which is why I found Kristis local knowledge incredibly beneficial. She always took the time to answer all the questions I had pertaining to the local rental rates and investment regulations enforced by different counties within Tennessee. Although I havent found the perfect property yet, Im confident that with her and her husbands help, Ill be able to do just that in the next couple months.
