I dont know where to begin. Kristi is an absolute pleasure to work with. She is professional and extremely organized. She would always list our viewings in a neat, organized and easy to follow way. She is so responsive! always answering our questions with compassion and care. She is passionate. She work hard to get us the unit we wanted, even though there was not much to gain on her end. Most of all, she is an AMAZING person! It was so comfortable to be around her! she was so considerate in the entire process. My wife and I will only continue to work with her. That said, I highly recommend Kristi, to anyone looking to sell, buy, or rent a home.

My wife and I had some unforseen hiccups moving from CO to CA that put us in a very bad situation with the house that we were originally set to move into. We ended up attending roughly 6 or more showings per day while working a full time job and parenting; for weeks! Between staying in hotels then with a friend, we were very burnt-out! One of the showings we went to, we met this wonderful soul, Kristi. Unfortunately, that home wasn't for us, but Kristi worked hard for weeks to find us the perfect home - refusing to let us settle for anything less than. Throughout the time we worked with her, she sent us listings and recommendations of places to visit and was always available and quick to respond with a laugh and optimism no matter what time it was! Such a delight to work with - competent, professional, understanding and just a good human. Her only goal was to find my family a place to call home, sacrificing time with hers, and never worried about a commission.

Kristi Cornett is the ABSOLUTE BEST! She is friendly and caring while efficient and professional. I used to flip homes so I have bought and sold many homes, but Kristi is the best I've ever worked with. In this seller's market, it was crazy difficult to find and get a home, but because of her cheerful willingness to drive anywhere at anytime with a sincere heart to find us a home in 2 days, we got the home we wanted. She gladly arranged to show us 10 homes and apply for them. If I wanted to see another house, she was happy to arrange it and never made me feel like a burden. She truly loves her job. She constantly communicated with the seller and reassured me that I was a top applicant. This meant a lot to me. She was completely honest with me throughout the whole process. I do believe I was able to get this house among many applicants because of her sweet personality, great communication skill, her attention to detail, and her prompt responses. She made no mistakes with the many paper works. She made me feel like I was her only client. I know she had many other showings, but she was always available even after we closed on the house. It is obvious that she knows a lot about selling and buying homes. She is honest, caring, and trustworthy. I really can't say enough about her. When you work with her, you'll know exactly what I mean...hardworking and personable in perfect harmony. Thank you Kristi for finding me a home in this crazy market. You are the BEST!
