Kristi recently helped me buy a HUD foreclosure that I was buying for a rental property. We ran into complications with HUD rules and my bank not having a licensed attorney in TN. Kristi met me twice in one day to get everything to turn into them before the deadline. I live about an hour and a half away. If she hadnt met half way, I would have lost the house. Since then, she has been looking for more rentals for me. She is doing a great job sorting out what Im looking for. She is great to work with. You wont be disappointed!!!
