At one point, we put a hold on our search due to some family concerns. She would keep in touch with us on a regular basis to see if anything had changed and to see how we were doing. From the very beginning we told her what our ideal Dream Home would be and the subdivision that we wanted to be in. Even though we were not ready to jump back into the housing market, she sent us a listing that was EXACTLY what we wanted (Dream Home!) and where it was located one day after it came on the market.
