Kristen Ziter Taylor is a life long resident of Brattleboro and she feels very fortunate to have been raised here in an area with such a strong sense of community, good schools, cultural diversity, limitless four season activities and easy access to urban centers. I have a passion for sports and fitness and love to compete. I approach real estate with the same focus and drive. Much of my professional sales experience had been in sales and marketing for an elite health club management company in New York City. I returned to Brattleboro to get married and raise our daughters in my hometown. I can wholeheartedly say I love the real estate industry and understand the dedication required for success and its importance for a one to one relationship. I am motivated by the highest ideals of client service, which is why I decided to purchase this successful real estate office from Erich in 2011. Kristen is super friendly and responsive. She is on top of everything from keeping us to our deadlines and making sure the house meets safety requirements with radon gas check and fire alarm functioning. We really enjoyed working with her knowing that she always maintained and protected our best interest. If you are purchasing a house, she is the buying agent to wok with. Her office assistant, Angela, was also amazing. She was very knowledgeable, helpful and available during the whole process.

Kristen worked very closely with us on everything. She made the sale of our home very simple from our perspective.
