First off-the first time buying a home is a bid deal with lots of new lingo-Aimee was patient and talked us through each step, and answered all of my questions! As far as negotiating skills-Aimee take the cake in this as well, she was open, honest and transparent about what was realistic and what was not. She has amazing business relationships with a large network of realtors, and truly made our goals her personal mission. Finally, Aimee is a ferocious advocate for her clients. Anytime there was a need for advocation, Aimee was already in communication with the parties that needed to be addressed and had the matter solved in a timely manner. She was kind and welcoming, she talked with our young kids anytime they had to come with us. We are so lucky found Aimee, and I cannot recommend her enough!
