I have done approx. 20 or so closings. As the seller I hired The Dream Team lead by Kara Schug to sell our property It was by far the worst closing in my 35 years of home buying and selling. $10,000 lose because counter offer was written wrong and another $5,000 in repairs (approx) done to a working well because of damages done by the people her team sent out. She promised "no unknown people used" yet these people were unknown. Kara disappeared after we opened escrow and people had trouble getting in touch with her or getting answers. Many things had to be asked for more than once. Reports were slow and late.Throughout closing which was rescheduled 3 times, it was nothing but one error after another. Kara has far too many other outside interests to follow a sale through. Kara and her Dream Team was just a bunch of empty promises. Her Dream Team will be your NIGHTMARE.
