Kristen is the most knowledgeable and ethical Realtor I have ever seen. During the whole process, I dealt with more than 6 realtors and Kristen was by far the best one. Kristen is a subject matter expert in Real Estate and I would always trust whatever she says. In addition, she is quite patient and willing to help and educate people. When I first started to look around I had zero knowledge of Real Estate and she was the one who patiently taught me everything. With her help, I was able to buy a house that both my wife and I truly love and I have no hesitation that this was the best choice for me. Kristen was the one who truly knew the difference and educated me thoroughly on all the details. Prior to our purchase, we saw a house with 4 bedrooms which my wife and I really liked and we were about to go for it, but Kristen stopped us and she knew purchasing that house will put us in trouble as it was in a student neighborhood and she warned us about all the problems that we will encounter as a family when we live in a house that all neighbors are undergrads partying 24/7 and also the difficulty for us to rent it our down the road. My wife and I were amazed by how kind and honest she is with her clients and she thinks more of her client's satisfaction than making money off of it.
