I contacted Kristen when I was deciding to sell my house in Warren and move up North. We had a meeting where she detailed the entire process and helped me feel at ease with the situation. Once the decision was made to list, things could not have gone any smoother. Her knowledge of the area and market listed the house very competitively and she and her associates had the house looking amazing for the listing. Kristen is very personable, full of positive energy, and was always a available to answer my questions no matter how small or ridiculous they may have been. Home buying and selling can be one of the most stressful times, so finding a realtor we could trust, communicates openly and conducts themselves with professionalism was really important to us. Kristen checked all of these boxes and blew us away with her attentiveness and ability to get things done. Add to that she is so personable and treats you like family, I would hire Kristen again in a second (though I'm never leaving the dream home she helped us buy) and recommend her to anyone seeking a realtor to buy or sell a home.
