Kristen was absolutely amazing. She was very knowledgeable, she made the house look amazing, so friendly . The whole process was so easy because I had Kristen on my side, she was on top of everything and constantly kept me updated which I greatly appreciated. She answered every question I had, and explained in a way I could understand even while I was searching for another property. I wish I could keep her as my realtor , unfortunately due to location it wasnt possible. Kristen is the most amazing realtor and became a good friend as well.

Kristen did a fantastic job working with my Mother, sister and I to sell our family home. It was difficult emotionally to part with a home of 40+ years, but Kristen helped us navigate the process. She was very patient and even though we may have asked the same question over and over again......lol.....she was very professional and answered our questions over and over again with a smile. When a potential buyer (without a realtor) wanted to view the house, Kristen was able to send a colleague from Markham Realty to represent the buyer with the showing - and that was with 45 minutes notice! I would highly recommend Kristen as a realtor - she's a true asset for Markham Realty.
